You may get air pumps, air stones or air hoses. You will need a heater to maintain the water temperature in the specific level that is dependent on the species of fish you've chosen to buy. Lastly you will need proper aquarium lighting. Fish do not want to be lit up like a Christmas tree so do not go overboard on the bulb selection.
